Turnkey Toast Bread (Rusk) Lines
Sunbeam machines have a range of special features designed to increase the commercial value of bread products for customers. Depending on the line capacity, ranging between approximately 100 kg and 1,000 kg per hour, the lines are designed completely according to customer specifications. After dough preparation, the pans/moulds with equally divided dough pieces are fed into the proofer. For bread production, the moulds are automatically closed with a lid after leaving the final proofer. Either the thermal-oil oven or a cyclotherm oven can be used for baking. After baking, automatic de-lidding is done in a bread line, after which the de-panning takes place. The baked products are cooled and the empty pans return through the pan cleaning tunnel to the dough positioning. The breads are then cooled in a cooling chamber or spiral cooling conveyor or vacuum tunnel. Cooled breads are sliced in high speed slicers and fed to the secondary baking tunnel oven by panning system. Toasted bread slices are then stacked and packed in packing machines in required pack sizes.
