Reliability Is What You Are Actually Buying

Biscuit plants are asked for more variety, tighter hygiene and steadier output, often with fewer experienced hands on the floor. Machinery built for an easier market makes all three harder.

We design lines around the people who run them, so your plant keeps its promises with the team it has.

Precision Built Around Your Product

Machinery shaped to the biscuit you make, holding weight, shape and finish steady across every shift.

Hygiene That Gives You Hours Back

Cleanable surfaces and open access, so sanitation finishes inside its window and audits stay routine.

Endurance Measured in Decades

Lines that keep running, with spares held ready and maintenance kept short.

The Industry Changed. The Machines Had To.

Tastes turn faster, standards tighten, and experienced operators are scarce. We have spent thirty years redesigning biscuit machinery around those realities, often first in India. Every line is drawn, built and commissioned by our own team, so your plant works with one engineering group from first drawing to last spare.

Three Decades of Firsts

One Engineering Team

Every line drawn, built and commissioned by our own team, from first drawing to last spare.

Integrated Control

PLC and VFD control with touch screen HMI and recipe memory across the line.

Hygiene Engineered In

Paint-free stainless construction and track-free belts shorten sanitation downtime.

Working With Sunbeam Takes Three Steps

01

Tell Us What the Plant Has to Produce

Product, output, fuel and floor dimensions.

02

We Propose the Line

A layout with capacity, utilities load and footprint, from the engineers who would build it.

03

We Hand It Over Running

Installed, commissioned on your own recipe, with your operators trained on it.

Tell Us What You Need to Produce

Send your product and your target output. An engineer returns a proposed line with its capacity and footprint.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a hard dough and a soft dough biscuit line?

Hard dough is lean and elastic, so it is sheeted, laminated and cut. Soft dough is high in fat and sugar, so it is formed on a rotary moulder. Dough rheology determines the forming method, and the forming method separates the two lines.

What capacity biscuit line do I need?

Capacity is set from saleable output per shift. A plant shipping twelve tonnes a day across two shifts needs roughly 1,000 kg per hour, with headroom for changeover and sanitation. We size each line against your production plan.

How long does a changeover between biscuit types take?

A conventional line requires a forming section rebuild, which takes much of a shift. The Sunbeam flexi line carries both forming arrangements in registration, bringing the changeover to roughly fifteen minutes.

Which biscuits can Sunbeam lines produce?

Marie, TUC, Petit, Ritz-style and cream crackers on hard dough lines. Glucose, Zinger, cream, milk and sugar biscuits on soft dough lines. Rusk and cookie lines are built to the same specification.

How do we begin working with Sunbeam?
